Ingredients

-3/4 cup frozen loose-pack tropical fruit blend
-1/2 cup 2% milk
-2 teaspoons sugar or 2 packets splenda

Directions

1. In a blender, combine the yogurt, fruit, milk, and sugar or Splenda. Blend for about 20 seconds, or until smooth.
